OUR WORK
THE CREW
Nik Morozoff
Nik’s 18+ years of software engineering, product management, business development and technical consulting have given him the opportunity to work with some of the best-known brands in the game including AT&T, Nike, Best Buy, HP and WellPoint. He holds a BA in Science, Technology and Society from Pomona College and an MBA from Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.
Aside from understanding countless technical languages, Nik is also fluent in English, Russian and Japanese. Born and raised in Japan, he is a black belt in karate and will fight you for the last peanut butter cup. He can also run a two-minute mile, fly a plane blindfolded and has never accidentally waved to someone he didn’t know. OK, those last three aren’t true, but it’s safe to say he’s the coolest engineer we know.
Cari Irwin
Born in Ohio, Cari became a super-cool mathlete, fell in love with competitive figure skating and realized she was a little on the OCD side. She later focused on Fine Arts and Creative Writing at Wheaton College in Massachusetts (which her father still does not consider real majors). Upon graduation, she ditched the skates for a career in advertising, lined up her Sharpies according to color, size and point width, and headed west.
Cari’s worked with some of the best-known brands in the world over the last 18 years, including Nike, Apple, Disney, Adobe, WellPoint and AT&T. Her ability to strategize, direct and implement is matched only by her astonishing capability to out-eat a 300 lb linebacker and then ask what the hold up is with that Baked Alaska.
John McConnico
For almost two decades John has created award-winning solutions for clients such as Apple, NBC and Sony, as well as domestic and international start-ups. With expertise in Art Direction, Visual Design and Branding, he has created products, identity systems, websites and interactive interfaces. John also creates art for his ongoing charity project, 90 Days of Art, and designs his own line of mechanical wristwatches. He’s not wound too tightly, though.
John graduated from Otis-Parsons School of Design with a degree in Environmental Design, and also studied Fine Art and Photography at The Memphis College of Art. Originally from Memphis, his desire for slow-cooked pork barbecue is only matched by his need to spout groan-inducing puns. Be warned.
Molly Morris
Molly is our resident copywriter. A three-stripe white belt in jiu jitsu, she also doubles as company security and routinely performs ocular pat downs on passers-by. Molly earned her English degree from Coe College (yes, it’s a real school) in Iowa where she learned to really love corn.
After working in Early Childhood Education for seven years, she went on to study at the San Francisco School of Copywriting and never looked back. She does her crosswords in pen because she’s confident like that. So confident that she rocked a bowl cut for years. However, her sophomore year she was the only girl not to get a bid from any sorority (perhaps related to the bowl cut). Your loss, Tri-Delts.
